so i reported my BT fault almost 2 weeks ago ... an engineer came out on Xmas eve .. cant find a fault (it had been dry for a couple of days and no wind) Boxing day reported it again (raining again) but no response to the message i left so ring them again today operator says i can hardly hear you theres a lot of noise on the line, can i take a mobile number ...she rings my mobile ... what seems to be the problem? me: errrr didnt you hear it? her: oh is that what you were ringing about? me:yes her:let me test the line .. wait .... her: there is no fault showing up on the test sorry me: i want someone out here asap and i want it FIXED its the same every year without fail, i am fed up of being messed around and i want someone here tomorrow her:ok sometime between 8 and 11 but it will cost £129.99 if theres no fault me: are you fecking kidding me you could hear it for yourself how is that NOT a fault !!!!! oh the joys of BT :/
