so let me get this right Sir Peter Fayh is a sole entity of a corporation which makes him the sole legal representative for greater Manchester police which means greater Manchester police can not be prosecuted for a corporate manslaughter charge in fact he does not even have to attend court because he is not liable for any criminal proceedings the charge is for Health and safety misconduct in a public place his men putting lives at risk of death but someone had lost there life through there actions so Sir Peter Fayh does not even have to step into a court room because he has no liability in the matter if found guilty he will be fined instead of Greater Manchester police as a corporation the fine will be paid by the tax payer and will go into the justice system which you cant get justice from so what is the point of all this the point is we cant speak about the case because we will be in contempt of court we also have to wait for Sir Peter Fayh Trail to finish before we get a date for the inquest are you following me once there trial is over only then can we have an inquest Sir Peter Fayh said to me that we are going to be waiting for atleast 5 to 7 years like Ian Terry who was shot dead by one of there own Sir Peter Fayh ended up in court over a health and safety Charge regarding one of his armed officers was shot during training, he was shot in the heart Greater Manchester Police were fined £166,666 and ordered to pay costs of £90,000 for breaching Section 2 of the Health and Safety at Work Act. PC Francis was fined £2000 and ordered to pay costs of £500 for breaching Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Act. but the problem is here, Ian Terry was shot whilst training with live ammunition it was an accident Anthony Grainger was shot dead, they intended to shoot and kill him over a missing memory stick which is still at large to date so once we get to an inquest we have a corrupt coroner and of course we have a corrupt justice system we have to rely on the jury who will definitely be hand picked like the corner was which will prevent us from getting an unlawful kill verdict if we manage to get an unlawful kill verdict only then we our family will be able to take out private prosecutions out to the people involved with our Anthonys execution #justice4grainger justice for all
