so, taking out an extended warranty with Hifi corp. is a waste of time and money... ie DStv decoder will cost you R400 and if anything goes wrong expect to wait 14-30days -- in which time they would send it to M-Net... even though youve been there and was told what the problem is. M-Net will give you another one on the spot for R500 mmm go figure! Hifis quality and customer service sucks... not the first time ... theyve dropped the ball more times than Edward Scissor hands---no more support!
