so true ! I appreciate the sacrifices my husband makes to allow us a better lifestyle , support our son miles away at uni and the things he misses out on every single day . Initially I always thought he was so lucky , seeing amazing parts of the world , making new friends while I was stuck at home with the kids but as the years have passed I now realise I am the lucky one , he has missed high school graduations of our 2 sons , missed birthdays , Christmases and special occasions , he was miles away while our daughter lingered between life and death and I was a blubbering mess on the other end of the phone , I know he wanted to hug me , and especially be by his daughters side , but all he could do was encourage me on the other end of the phone. If it wasnt for his sacrifices , our children would not have seen so many parts of the world so many dream of , they would not have the lives they have . it is a choice we made , and I am very aware that he could simply leave this lifestyle/ job , so my point here is just simply to say THANK YOU to my wonderful man , and that we all appreciate that you do what you do for us x I love you xxx Ben Solomon
