some of you may or may not know that i had weight loss surgery early last year. today i stood on my scales this morning and was blown away with the number that was staring up at me. i have always said that 80kgs was my ultimate goal and im happy to say i have smashed that and i am now down to 78kgs. i dont remember a time i have been this small. i am happily a size 14 now. at the time of surgery i was 114kgs so i have lost 36kgs. this would never have happened without the surgery due to the ms really limiting my mobility. even though what i had done was permanent, i in no way regret it or miss how much i used to eat. i can eat everything i ate before just smaller quantities. i wanna say thank you to everyone that has supported me throughout this journey. its something i couldnt do alone. now i wanna get in front of the camera and capture the new me :)
