some years back, just after hurricane Katrina, I heard Rush Limbaugh saying its arrogant to think mankind can do anything to affect the atmosphere,, he said how were mere ants next to the majesty of Gods creation of the earth,, as evidence that bad hurricanes have always been with us, he pointed to the Hurricane of 1900, which removed Galveston, Texas from the map,, he said this was before the oil industry even existed, before man made CO2 levels were even beginning to rise,, so I set out to prove him wrong, and thus prove global warming alarmists wrong too,, I looked into the history of the oil industry in Texas, which was a big let down at first because everything I could find said it didnt start until a few months after the hurricane,, this was too big of a coincidence for me, there had to be a connection, so I kept looking,, and it took a long time too, even for me, but I eventually came across a mention of an oil well and refinery in Corsicana, Texas,, follow up research showed it was the biggest oil field and refinery in the country before the Spindletop fields, which were toted as the beginning of the oil industry Texas everywhere else I had looked,, and Corsicana reached its peak at the same time the hurricane struck,, the next thing I did was find out where the hurricane went after it left Galveston, which was just as I suspected, it followed a due course to Corsicana,, I also found there was a made rush leading up to the hurricane to pass drilling and refining laws regulating natural gas and other VOC emissions released when drilling and refining crude oil,, this was for an industry that wasnt supposed to exist in Texas yet,, Corsicana oil was pumped out of the well onto the ground where it flowed down a hill to a pond, then was scooped up and refined with no care given to the kinds of emissions created during the process, emissions that have now been proven to have dramatic effects on atmospheric water vapor, which causes changes in weather patterns, something that has nothing to do with bogus global warming theories
