someone else who gets it... i wont rush him. i refuse to. he isnt ready, or he would have done it by now. given the circumstances from the one year check-up at the health department, (technically, from the moment he was 5 days old, & the doctor failed him during the procedure), i would be beating my head against a brick wall trying to force him to potty train. when hes ready, hell just do it. no fuss. no fight. people drive me nuts when they put an age limit on when a child should be doing a certain thing. just like theres no instruction manual for BEING a parent, theres also no manual that says all children should be the same. were not robots. were people. we all advance at our own pace. patience is the key ingredient. I am guilty of being impatient, just as anyone else can admit. but when it comes to my kids, i do things MY way. what i feel is best for my children. i refuse to conform. im NOT a cookie cutter human! rant over
