something ive been seeing a lot of friends buying into, posting about, etc etc is the notion of loving yourself first. What a lie. How much time have i wasted, how many sins have I committed by loving myself first? Loving myself is the way I die. If I ever like anything about me its only because Christ is shaping me into a new person everyday. But theres nothing good about just me. nope nope. And Ive been guilty of it too. My love for self is what has caused unseasing addiction to sin at time in my life. My only hope is that myself and others start to understand the complete failure of a life lived for self and understand that the only one worthy of our love is the one who gave it all up for us. And we can reflect and pour his love into others. Its not about me.
