sometimes I lament about people driving and txting or even sitting at a redlight green light redlight and txting on there phones. even joking about how it should be a capital offense lol....but seriously, this girl hit a freaking herd of cattle while using her phone.....how the hell is that criminal mischief????? they charged her with reckless endagerment, criminal mischief and using a phone while driving....seems to me the latter is enough.....effin nazis i hate them
