sometimes things unnerve me. today it is a letter from a gentleman, i will call him that, who wrote a letter to the editor in the washington post. seems he is not happy with a judges decision to allow blinking as a yes or no thing. if that is all the plaintiff can do, well so be it. the plaintiff is now deceased, but was recorded with the blinking situation. seems the writer doesnt understand why the defendant cant confront his accuser. well, you idiot, the guy is dead, get, it, dead. how is the defendant to confront him and i quote, the denial of the right of confrontation precludes a defendant from his constitutionally guaranteed due process right to a fair trial. is this guy for real..defense lawyers frighten me. i have often said this to my hubby whose remarks also sometimes scare me, well, what if you needed one one day. well. i wont i dont plan on killing anybody, etc. yeah, yeah, i know. i could need one. dear jesus i hope not. kill the judge, seems that is the only thing the defense lawyer can do. after all is said and done, HE IS THE JUDGE. sit down whiney, and shut up.
