speed bench barx10 barx10 40x3 60x3 80x3 90x3 - 8 sets 110x1 120x1 130x1 140x1 add bench destroyer 160x1 PR OHP - strict 20x10 50x10 - 4 sets DB side laterals 10x10 - 4 sets Super setted DB rear flyes 10x10 - 4 sets Good sesh. all reps and sets were paused tonight..Always seem strong doing pauses than touch and goes it seems. although its prob because i drill the habit in and have gotten used to it. was nice to get a PR with the bench destroyer too. Body weight has come down a bit, But havent noticed much in strength loss. If anything I always tend to feel stronger at a lighter bw. have been eating really clean these last few weeks with only 1 cheat meal a week (usually a friday) cardio has been added in - nothing fancy just low impact stuff and and we are trying to drill out our speed days in under 45-1hr
