stagiaires making it happen...working on charred sourdough for lobster club prep and julienne snow peas for our signature smoked brisket noodle boxes. They are the real stars of the show and I am only as good as the team I lead...mighty love for every one of them and I will feed them with every bit of food knowledge I have to share and network contacts to move them beyond what I can teach them at this early point in their career path!
