stay in touch with my upcoming adventure to India and offerings I will be providing to the community as time moves forward. supporting local change (vibrational & physical) for the greater globe is my lifes passion project. I am here to do that through learning ancient wisdom practices and bringing them forth to each client I work with. I have gotten clear that I need to stay the course, and not feel the need to curb my practice to encompass a general audience. Your body has so much to say - lets utilize the great tools of Ayurveda, body work, and emotional expression as vehicles of exploration. Lets take a journey.
