@stlbizbfeldt @neildemause: Extending bonds is only an answer in the way that Ill put it on my credit card is an answer to how I plan to pay for a new TV — but it has to come from somewhere, either by extending taxes that otherwise would have expired, or by redirecting money that otherwise would have been spent on other things, thus requiring new taxes if the city and state are still going to pay for those other things. Either way, St. Louis taxpayers would have to pay more in taxes than they would without a stadium.
