sword art online could be rewritten to extend the story , without ruining the original ending. theres two major events, relevant to the ending(when kirito meets the guild leader of the knights of the blood oath who forces kirito to join his guild by defeating him in a duel. if (spoiler)****** the guild leader is the inventor of the game, and hes immortal. if this is discovered early, the show can go on. the problem is, the final boss. bus this ruins the fact that the final bosses madness is the point of the game. but what if kirito wins the duel, and continues his quest to win the battle alone. then the series gets continued, and kiritos options dont become limited. he can now follow his ultimate quest to fix the game, going more into the layers of the world, until he reaches the world(*spoiler, sort of), he can only see in death. however, this ruins that he cheats death by his need to find his wife in the real world. only a master of literature could extend the series, with an ending just as poetic. but if the show were to go on, the writer himself, must figure out how to cheat his death. his need to fight kirito again driving him to survive as well. what greater genius would it be if players found a way to respawn, and break out of an unwinable world. (adding realism to the eternal combat of mmos) and based on an old matrix anime series, i do believe the right genius exists to make this series come back to life. if you havent seen this sword art online, .and your a fan of mmos, good story telling, and a good twist, you will like this show. it can come back, in ways i could only imagine, and the time is ripe for some downloadable content.because it truely is enjoyable to watch someone else beat an mmo. especially in a world so left unexplored. (note for the distant future, if this game ever does come out, buy with caution).
