tHANKS theresa for sharing.. Just last night through another source I listened to this.. AND YEARN 4 EVERYONE ELSE TO LISTENING TO0 AND TO SPREAD IT AROUND.. CONSIDER SUGAR AS A POISON TO YOUR HEALTH.. For so long Ive spoken out about this...and post warnings about sugar regularly on my FB health site.. my chiropractor (24 years ago used to call sugar poison.. and I have strove to think of it as the same sice.. ) Early on with my first son that was tested for ADHD we quickly realized how when he had sugar it turned him so much hyper.. Just this last month I have started to eat more sugar deserts about every other day.. and I can note that my pants are all tighter.. after just one month.. and starting with Halloween.. on we are now starting the season of sugary treats.. almost every season I have faithfully been gaining 5 lbs.. for the past 10 years.. then at times I can loose it in spring and throughout the summer.. through more activity and eating healthier.. Listen to this man.. (I will say that it is proven that some antidepressants and meds can bring about even more ez weight gain.. along with the sugars.. He is leaving out that sugar deteriorates your immune system.. at the begining of the season that the most viruses are going around and it is the most important time to have a strong immune system our children many times eat the most sugar to (starting with halloween candy galore..) Excluding several times I used to use brown sugar to make my baked beans (stopped over 6 years ago.) For over 10 years now we have not bought sugar.. although I know there are many other ways to bring sugar into your home.. Just treat it as poison and strive not to use it.. If U must sweeten things use raw honey .. at least it has other properties about it that are so much better 4 U.. and sugar is addictive and so when you have the addiction of sugar and Caffeine (that is also harmful in so many ways) you have twice the health deterioration.. mentally and physically.. STRIVE TO CUT OUT SUGARS IN ANY WAY YOU CAN.. BESIDES FRUITS THAT ARE GOOD FOR YOU AND THAT SHOULD BE EATEN WHOLE BECAUSE THEN IT IS PROCESSED IN MUCH BETTER AND GOODLY WAYS AND BECAUSE IT HAS SO MUCH BETTER NATURAL NUTRIENTS THAT ACCOMPANY IT .. TURN TO DRINKING WATER... OR BLENDED WHOLE FRUIT DRINKS.. DITCH UNHEALTHY DESERTS.. THERE ARE SO MANY HEALTHIER YUMMY DESSERT ALTERNATIVES.. youtube/watch?v=gmC4Rm5cpOI&feature=share
