#tbt #throwbackthursday to last week when I was given another challenge to overcome from my trainer at New Edge Fitness. This is my first attempt at advanced push-ups. Look at the instability of the board wobbling back and forth. Think about the core strength required to keep the board balanced. There are SO MANY combinations you can do and I cannot wait to try them. Im getting stronger. My endurance is improving. My stamina is improving. Im becoming a better athlete everyday. Im ready for any new challenges everyday. IM READY TO EVOLVE! .....watch me! This is just a taste of whats to come!
