Civil: (1) "USA" federal (a) dismissed at lower court (NDNY - Albany) (~~by Lawrence Kahn? - jew correlate???) (b) on appeal (???) to 2nd Circuit? Cross-reference, CIA v. Plansky??; Scotia &/oder Concord, NH polizei reports of KES and use thereof for out of state cases & cooperation with FBI for such - equal protection. II. Criminal (cases which are perhaps not current not listed this time): (1) some "WDC" case (start ~Summer, 2010, arrested within days, next day, after WDC police(?) spoke to me in front of Union Station after KES mentioned the word Jew. Purportedly not related??): about ~~~ destruction of property (I should double check; also not sure there was any actual destroyed property). Cross-reference, window on fenster im Auto fur KES years earlier and ATTEMPTED mugging(s) of KES years earlier in "WDC" where no police report was filed (as far as I am aware). At least twice KES talked to police, in case of broken fenster (small panel) on KES car, police claimed there was no destruction of property - my inference from that being they were not inclined to file a report. (openly falsely stating such?); (2) some case im ~~Burlington, VRT (start ~Fall 2010): maybe disorderly conduct (I should double check;no word on investigation of bar worker fur battery/kidnapping). Cross-reference, equal protection; limitation(?) on citizens arrest pursuant to VRT law(?? - uncertain). (3) case im Concord, NH (start: 17 Jan 2012 - within hours after dropping off dokument at Concord, NH police) multi charges. One of police workers, Berry, has "retired" since the arrest and thought the PURPORTED suppression "hearing" was the day after it was held, according to prosecutor, but eventually showed. (10 Juli 2013). (4) case from Cambridge, MA (court im Medford, MA???, "Cambridge" District Court (MA)???") (start: 14 Okt 2012) Destruction of property: despite objections by KES (& notiz of appeal), and due process/other faults of court AGAIN (such to KES), KES again determined "incompetent to stand trial" so far. (5) case im Scotia, NYS (start: Fall? 2012): multi charges. No word yet on charges being filed against either the Scotia police, woman who grabbed me, or others. (6) case im SofNHSCt re: appeal by KES of incompetency determination in earlier case from Concord, NH.
