thanks to all my wonderful bellydance friends for their support at the hafla in newport last night. Although we were rather depleted in numbers, those of you that came were absolutely fantastic and the quality of the dancing was second to none. To see Maria dance was a pleasure and an honour, she was on top form last night and amazing to watch. Dancers of her calibre do not often come to South Wales, its such a shame that more people chose not to attend and enjoy our show, they missed such a treat. The stick workshop was such fun and her knowledge of saiidi is second to none. Special thanks to Andy for the DJing and Blair and Ann for their help with door raffle and bazaar. The venue was really great and will be booked again soon for another hafla. Mirage girls, I cannot begin to tell you how much you all mean to me, I love each and every one of you to pieces. Thank you for the lovely flowers. Elvin your drumming was great, MAria was singing your praises today ! hey ho peeps...onwards and upwards!
