thanks to the natural resources transfer act in 1930 alberta - TopicsExpress

thanks to the natural resources transfer act in 1930 alberta ,manitoba and sask. were given control of all natural resources by the federal govt.except reservations and national parks and a few others like the railroads and descendants of original homesteaders before 1887 called freehold rights.Indians were not consulted and treaty and constitutional inherent rights of Indians were ignored. In Alberta the richest province in Canada In 1930 there were only 376 thousand people living there.83000 were farmers.today the province of Alberta owns the rights to 81% of the land and its resources totaling 66 million hectacres. In the north where most of the resources are only indians live there but they get F##K ALL.Real greedy bastards when the original peoples get crumbs and the big corporations from around the globe are given rights to contaminate and exploit the land and make trillions of dollars. Canada our home and NATIVE LAND???? Change that lyric in the national anthem.
