the Calorie Creep can happen to all of us - even with healthy foods like raw nuts and its NOT your fault....theres so much noise out there about what to eat. Follow These Tips For a Tight Stomach 1. Cut the cheese - limit to just your cheat meal 2. Eat only raw-unsalted nuts, PORTIONED! Dont eat out of the bag 3. Only eat fruit before/after your workout 4. Avoid most protein/nutrition bars - LARABAR and local Truebar are BEST but limit to one per day (I said 1-2 in video, silly me). Dont exceed 50 grams of protein powder per day or at once, especially if youre a lady 5. Remove Diet Coke Pespi 0 & bottled Tea (loose leaf tea is great) from your diet or at least cut consumption in half...ideally down to one per week.
