the Edinburgh Agreement between the Scottish Government and the UK Government agrees that the British Parliament will pass a Section 30 order to temporarily grant the Scottish Parliament the legal power to hold the referendum. Furthermore, the Agreement states that both governments will accept the outcome of the referendum and thereafter will continue to work together constructively in the light of the outcome, whatever it is, in the best interests of the people of Scotland and of the rest of the United Kingdom. So explain to me why the UK Government wont agree to a currency union, after all its in the interest of the people of Scotland.
