the Kgorong 2.0 opening function concept The opening function is the crowning jewel of the tournament. It shall also mark the 1st anniversary the passing of the former Chancellor of the University of Limpopo and first democratically elected President of South Africa. The theme of this occasion shall be Africa unites in diversity, all delegates shall be expected to come in their national or traditional clothing as a show case of how diverse Africa is. To unify Africa we shall have each country give a short presentation of their own national heroes and the impact they have to their state. The closing shall be a celebration of the life and times of Nelson Mandela and we are hoping to have a representative of the Mandela family. Delegates will be greeted by the warmth of the scene
