Once a favorable ruling is handed down from the Federal Claims Court, use that ruling to take these clowns to task and lawfully bring them down under their own rules. Anything less is totally futile. IMO, capable people such as Oath Keepers founder, Stewart Rhodes or maybe John Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute should consider taking such direct actions.
