the diet for the week plenty of warm water BREAKFAST ONE SCRAMBLED EGG OR BOIL EGG WITH YOLK OR WITHOUT YOLK OR BROWN OATS COOKED IN LOW FAT MILK WITH TEA AND BROWN TOAST ONE SLICE 11AM one carrot one bunch of spinach and one apple juice Lunch BOWL OF low fat yougurt ,cucumber,carrot,half banana,red beans half cup of corn ,celery leaf and one piece of chicken with lemon sprinkle on it with half lemonade juice TEA TIME SOME CASHEW NUTS OR ALMONDS ONLY TWO OR THREE Dinner early is good one bowl of lentil soup with green vegetables or fish or chicken tikka with lots vegetables salad bedtime one low fat glass of milk with one pinch of haldi
