The last 2 were taken last night in the same dress I wore at Pams graduation,now I dont need the sweater, I am now 136. I am still 14 lbs way from my goal but I am getting there and I am proud of the progress I have made. No it didnt happen over night but it is going and staying off. I would prefer slow and steady with lasting results then quick and easy with all and more coming back in just a short time... Thank you all that have encouraged and cheered me on.
