the logical implications of time travel? causal loops; extended vs. personal time; branching time; backwards causation; a compatible state of affairs where an individual both does and does not kill his grandfather prior to his fathers conception--a somehow operative violation of the FIRST law of logic (i.e. the principle of non-contradiction)? METAPHYSICS CLASS, youre making my head hurt!! at any rate, regardless of whether time travel is possible or not, it should definitely be outlawed...if only to preserve the few remaining brain cells of philosophy students otherwise operating on copious expenditures of nicotine and other stimulants...diminishing returns and all that...here i am hopelessly trying to trace the various steps from past to present to future with increasingly loopy lines, keeping myself warm by rubbing my last two neurons together... *incoherent rambling* DROOL...
