the only legitimate reason I found for UN, IGAD and the international communities isolating and sanctioning only army generals, especially Peter Gatdet, is to just find ways of elongating the South Sudan crisis. sanction the government and not just soldiers who have no assets nor business outside their current location ya loozy. Everyone knows Peter Gatdet doesnt like being push, isolating him from the political life of South Sudan is not the solution for peace but a recipes of a long conflict. muzungu and Kirr puppies need understand what a man made disaster look like. Gatdet have masses of supporters in NCP in Khartoum and can turn the whole thing upside down in one day should he realize that he is only the target instead of the SPLA in the bush and the SPLA in Juba. please South Sudanese enemies, unless your intention is just that, meaning, findings ways of making wars longer in Africa as always. what a mess up world. until that day when African write his own histor,solve his own problem and not a puppy to no one anymore, have a good night...
