the original fine I received is on the left $285 (now asking $312.80) for allegedly 110km/h in a 100km/h zone on the freeway. I sent in the notice of objection. I got their template letter back talking about internet template letters, but giving no proof whatsoever substantiating their accusation. So I sent in the clarification letter. Again I got the same template letter talking about internet template letters, again no proof whatsoever substantiating their accusation. I sent in the default notice on the 10th September. Lots of anxiety regarding this process. Ive still seen no evidence whatsoever from them proving their accusation - only the obfuscation, prevarication and threats. Ive not sent in a notice of private agreement yet. Today I received the notice FINAL WARNING. It is seeming more and more to me that the serve and protect of the police is like the mafia in the protection racket. Schoolyard thug behaviour shaking down weaker kids for their lunch money. I still have a lot of anxiety, but I am thoroughly convinced that they are the ones in the wrong with their behaviour of extortion, fleecing and threats Nigel Telling Martin Kennedy
