the proposed addition will have tiny lots. crosses the B-line. one entrance-exit. we lose the B-line woods which is the most natural and beautiful place on the trail. and all because the City wouldnt buy it and protect its karst and springs and quite a few large trees. we lose the canopy presently over the trail. and there are other places much easier and better to build and close by too. they have to have a variance to put that many people on such a small place. the only neighborhood it will affect will be the one to the north where its only road leads into our poor little neighborhood. and we really have not been consulted. and we have already given habitat part of our green space. this is a done deal for a not for profit with a benevolent mission which we all support. this was decided gradually by our one party system and alternatives are not being considered at all. we question whether the greater public good is served by replacing the woods with a high-density poor peoples culdesac. forever.
