...the revolution will NOT be televised .. You can take to the streets with thousands of your follow citizens in peaceful protest to injustice .. And our media will ignore you ... And yet, if the protests had been violent.. There would have been wall to wall coverage .. With commentary and scrutiny on how the protestors conducted themselves. I am an advocate of non-violent protest ... Civil disobedience ... There is no other option .. Regardless of the level of outrage .. But I am finding as with the Occupy Wall Street movement.. protestors must stay in the streets to get any attention .. It can not be one match .. It can not be one day .. It must be everyday .. In every way .. To demand justice and equality.. justice for young black men and women, for young gay man and women, for immigrants, and workers ...
