the snow makes me want to bake! Pretzels are from todays discard. My husband, however, couldnt wait for the bread to cool down and only 15 minutes after it was out of the oven carved into it. I told him that it needs to sit for at least a half hour and I just couldnt get through to him why that has to be. Does anyone else have this problem, a spouse whos a little overeager to cut into your handiwork...and if so, what do you say to said spouse? Or does it really matter? It seems like it does to me as it looks squashed down to me and must have been hard to cut!
