the staff I have are like a breathe of fresh air, team work, think for themselves, sort themselves, help each other, no back stabbing, nastiness or anything like that - I wont tolerate it any way - but a fab bunch of people, all mates loving what they do which makes me so proud. they are constantly learning, asking which courses to go on, what they should be doing, loving mentoring again and turning Lor into a clone, shes even gone dark now hahahahahahahaha. this year has been a roller coaster, an unbelievable journey and im proud to have shared it with some fab people, their support has been unbelievable, how im gonna repay them I havent a clue!! instructors that to me are the best and an admin team that run everything for me like clockwork (cough) hahahahahaha.
