there are times in our life when something drastic happens that shocks a quiet community, even nations and the world. during these times while our emotions are running high over the wrong doings of others. we feel we have to lay another law. I personally not saying the intentions arent good and pure in the eyes of God to see that something has to be done. it is the way we tend to go about things that can be miss leading down the road. We desire that wanting to be whole again. wanting to regain what was lost. yes folk when we loose that dear one to an act of violence we react out of anger, fear, and pain that opens up for things to manifest in darkness. If we were to add another law to the books in hopes to correct a wrong then we submit ourselves as Paul the Apostle wrote saying, curse are those who live by the law. a major part of that burden usually falls on the law officials, once that act of the law is put in place and it fades into history along with the incident that took place. only to repeat it self over and over with greater results. yes it is all a spiritual battle we fight among the earth and we shall lay these things down at the foot of the Cross. to rest our burden upon the Lord to pick up his yoke so we can all walk with that lightness together. If we were to raise another law and to put the load on the law officials instead of reaching out as a community to bare the cross of others by walking alone side of them as an encouragement until they are strong. then we are no different than those parents who fell to neglect, abandonment, and all those thing that gave way to those acts of the wrong doers. they are not criminals they are lost sheep among the Lords flock. where their mother suffers from wounds of her own inflictions. all together they lost faith, hope and Love. do we need to inflict more pain on the family who was a victim if their enviorment. true healing and prevention comes from when we extend a hand to accept those who are wounded and have inflicted others through those wounds. accept them on where they are at and out of love encourage that refinement of faith in them to restore that hope back in their hearts. it is easy to point fingers of judgement, raise laws, and continue to do what helped lead those young men to do, that is the turning away from the weak and the weary. Christ died for people like the Robision family and us who also in our own actions fall short. remember that saying folks, it takes a village to raise a child. so lets band together as a community and through out the nation to embrace the lost out of LOVE. so lets break that cycle of adding new laws and walk among our communities out of Faith to know that Love hold no accounts of wrong.
