there is a issue with that power plant and its not any thing to do with weather. over the years there was a waste build up that went unchecked ,at one point it was size of pea ,years later a ball ,its bigger than foot ball ( its not in a place you can just remove it) its very much a danger to life because of the damage it could do if it become unstable. these places play down issues like this but I hate to think of the power outage if it turned that plant in to pile dust (we be looking at very large area destroyed and to date nothing on earth has been designed to remove such objects) when they noticed this issue they could not turn plant down to lower level or off in fear of what might happen.
