there was a post a day or so ago about someone asking how to keep things straight when doing sashing...not sure which group as I regularly follow two, or if the question was answered...anyway, while I was doing it today, I thought I would take pics and share how I do it...and will be posting in both groups... 1) I draw a line through the horizontal piece of sashing, 2) pin the seams from the next row to the lines, then you can ease it as you sew, 3) sew and voila, they match up!
