these are the conditions in the community shelter Mihailesti, one of the public shelters in Bucharest, with the town hall. The dogs were outside without protection from the rain for more than what other networks with holes in it, usually used for shading from the sun te, not to protect from the rain. it was pouring rain for 2 days, and the dogs have been vet to their skin, they trembled, and only asks for help. When I ask employees of the public housing relative to this, they were simply told that they do not have time to take the dogs inside. conditions inside is not much better, they sleep on wet concrete floors, but at least it is warmer than the outside. Only then, when we came to the television, they began to move the dog inside. it was 30 minutes of work, and they could not do it for 2 days, they just left them there in the rain and chill for 2 days.
