thingiverse/thing:373523 3d printing extruder For those looking to upgrade your Reprap Extruders, I have designed this extruder. This is a spinoff from my rubberband extruder design, I basically use the spring potential from a bulldog clip rather than a rubberband to grip the filament. I have also featured a filament guide which goes all the way up to 1mm below the drive gear, this will help ensure that flexible filaments do not scrunch up and stop printing. This extruder is designed primarily with ease of assembly, maintenance, regular use in mind, and utilises mainly parts which are readily available. parts required: 1) MK7 or MK8 drive gear, readily available from Aliexpress or Ebay 2) a 623zz ball bearing, cheaply and readily available from Aliex or Ebay too 3) 4 M3X25 screws 4) 2 M4 screws for mounting onto your X carriage 5) a 3/4 bulldog clip.
