things arent how they are in the movies sitting on roofs by yourself on dark nights is more about the urge to jump and the cold metal stinging your skin sadness is like hiding under blankets like you used to do when you were five and you knew youd have to come out sometime but it only got harder to breathe and my mind is scattered with things I dont actually see and thoughts I shouldnt actually have and its less fiction when the fear is something like a knife and the words that wont be said are burning the insides of my mouth with acid and it makes my hands shake like everything does and its easy to sleep if you take enough medicine and its easy to not cry if you dont feel and its easy to ignore what people say if you know at the end of the day youll just go home and disappear
