this cop, bumping this kid with his car... know why people hate cops? Because they can do stuff like that, and nobody ever does anything to reprimand or correct them. Cops like that, theyre not law enforcement. Theyre nothing more than gangsters, the biggest gang out in the streets. And all you can do is just hope and pray that they dont get an eye for you... just like you would a crip or a blood or 18th st or nuestra familia or le em or any other gang. what makes a law enforcement officer?
