this is far fetched - can you recommend anything for someone who works shifts on an ambulance? possibly a regiment that would be cohesive with odd ball schedules and workouts... I attempt to lift and run when possible but not like the norm ..-Aaron Answer: Yes! Its all about planning so you can improvise in last minute. Make a schedule thats reasonable instead of trying to be over zealous. Keep protein powder and shakes in your locker, stock up on carrots (easy snack and stays fresh long). Use mini workouts when you can fit them in, as in do I have a 20 min right now it MIGHT be I dont go away on an emergency call?. Taking every opportunity so YOU are always prepared and at ease.
