this is for me an important post. I think about a lot of stuff and my goal is to help bring peace and unity to the family of God.. I really believe what is most important is holy living. Clean living. Isnt this really critical? Obedient living in morality is at least an indicator that we have a changed heart. What does it say when we lie about somebody for whatever reason? Or we manipulate information? Honesty is the topic there. My stress here with our group is the fruit of the Spirit, and changing our behavior through God helping us. If we do these things, we will have patience, loving and caring attitudes. We will be so much more understanding of each other.. What i see is so much debate on various doctrines.. and I ask.. how much time are we spending on developing holy living? It is not possible to grow in this area unless we come closer to God. Thats the whole point.. we cant do it without God.. I hope we can all focus on our spiritual hearts and thereby grow and then take on debates.. I believe we would see a lot more unity
