this is foundation that helps other children around the country who do not live here in the city that come here to get the same rib surgery that David goes thru every 6 months. If there rib is connected to there spine they have to stay for weeks even months at a time. The last time David had a surgery at doctor in the back of the pack mentioned David getting that type. But when I called head nurse and voiced my concerns about doing that she brought it up before board of doctors meeting and I received a letter saying David did not need that kind of surgery, he will continue as he always has.
