this is not quite true,the High Court said that Stef has no standing, it also made it harder for the Government to use these laws, they now have to prove a person charged is a member of a criminal organisation, even if they are a member of the declared clubs, the Police must prove each charge,no secret evidence allowed. the Police must PROVE a club is a criminal organisation, then they must PROVE the crime allegedly committed was done on behalf of that criminal organisation. So the rah rah Newman gang, like their fearless leader , are compulsive liars and want you to believe VLAD etc is a great success, when in reality NOT 1 single conviction has been gained , after $150million spent and 2 years, NOT ONE SINGLE CONVICTION.
