this morning was my second time ever trying handstand push-ups... the first being last night! I decided two days ago that I want to start working on handstands, so yesterday I tried for the first time in... probably years! and once I was up in a handstand I said, what the hell, let me try to do these handstand push-ups things. I didnt really know much about form or anything, so when I got home I started to watch videos and research them to work on form and technique. so this is better, but I still have a lot to work on. HOLY crap they are hard... and a lot of fun. ;) I knew they looked like they were hard, but to actually try them...oh man!! I can barely do much with them, so now, naturally, my goal is to perfect my form and increase my strength to be able to do handstand push-ups! I wanted to share this because 1⃣ it is nowhere near perfect, but that is the beauty of learning something. you try, and then you learn, and then you try again with more knowledge, and so on! 2⃣being a couple years into fitness, I havent had a new fitness journey/transformation in a little while. I worked on pull-ups, then prepping for events and such. so now, I want to be able to share this little journey with a starting point and progress as it happens! speaking of pull-ups, I havent worked on improving those in a long while, so I am getting my fitness-focus back in there as well! I think I see 2015 fitness goals forming.
