this page is not going to be like the rest of the pages that give information without researching what they tell you that use big names of people like dr harrison to get you to believe them and although im not a veterinarian i know about feeding birds in fact i know alot more then vets do as they only get 3 weeks 4 weeks of 4 years of medical school in diet training and they know very little about diets just like regular doctors they arent trained in diet thats why we have drs and dieticians and we have veterinary drs and vet specialists because they dont all know everything each person goes to medical school for a special field just as people go to college for different degrees if i say something here its not something that i heard from another page i wont give bad information i will give information that i cant back up with articles unlike like other pages that just give information and dont research because if they find out they are wrong it might hurt thier ego this page is not about saving time or money and its not about egos if you are worried about that then you really shouldent have birds to begin with im being honest as every trip for me to get bird food every month or 2 is at the least 200 to 300 dollars i will post here what i have used for my birds since the 90s and what has worked for me not what anybody has told me on other pages but things that really work and that i have used and that i have found out of bird magazines
