this was just posted on spotted.... Hi, I dont know if this is something to be posted but! Looking out for the females, young black male spotted on Glendwood in south Windsor neighbourhood near St Clair asking two young women for directions while holding an iPhone, to a street that doesnt exist in Windsor, not sure what the game was there, whether or not it was to talk to them, ask honestly, or something suspicious. Then proceeded to walk with them as it was on the way back to his car, and then proceeded to attempt to pick up one of the women then one learning they were uninterested turned around and walked back towards St Clair... Not sure if he was actually needing instructions, just looking for an excuse to talk to them, but this behaviour can be either flattering or extremely suspicious. Just giving a look out to the women in the st Clair area Very odd behaviour.
