those of you struggling with weight because youre always hungry. Heres a 4 step diet: 1. If you find youre up at night eating a lot, just go to sleep. The brains signals for overtired and hungry are the same. 2. If you find you need to eat a LOT during a meal, try reducing your serving size and drinking water to replace it. Youll get full faster. 3. If both of these combined isnt working very well, try changing your diet. Uncooked food has fewer calories, letting you burn off more and youll feel just as full as if you cooked it. Fullness = physical weight/size of the food. 4. If none of these is helping, then your only option is exercise. Exercising will increase your calorie/nutrient burn to allow you to burn more energy quickly. It will also tune up your metabolism so you burn more calories even when you do nothing. Relieving lethargy, giving your body more to do when its asleep, getting more vitamin D (sunlight absorption via the skin) and just generally being healthier. This can include walking to work instead of driving, doing physical labor, even little things like cooking your own food rather than eating out or having someone do it for you.
