thought I should up date you on my new infared convection oven. I cooked hamburgers in it Sunday night. I was so nervous about starting it up but had to give it a try. Turned it on and I thought Aliens had landed! It turned bright red and the white light came on and lit up my whole house. The burgers were just some frozen ones we had bought in a meat package deal and I hated them BUT they were soooo good in this oven I couldnt believe it. They tasted like they had been grilled outside. I figured that went so well I would roast a chicken in it last night. I decided to put bbq sauce on it and let me tell you, It was so DELICIOUS!!!! It was so tender and juicy. It tasted like those you buy at your local store, but mine was so much better.. Not sure what I will cook in it today but I will be using it a lot!!!!!
