The boys from Paeroa old boys rugby club for showing their support and buying a few raffle tickets The courtyard cafe and Maru sushi for having a Curekids donation tin on their front counters Leith from stirling sports who contacted suppliers to fix me up with a second pair of shoes at short notice, when the first pair failed during training I had a few personal goals during these events this year... enter every event in the series completed *(excerpts from the eventpromtions newsletters) Ultimate Tough Guy Jon Te Whau, from Paeroa, has proved himself at the Ultimate Tough Guy! Jon has completed the 12km at every single Tough Guy and Gal Challenge event this year, in a bid to raise money for the official event charity, Cure Kids. Ultimate Tough Guy While the guys at the NZ Champs might be the fastest on the course, we think that Jon Te Whau has proved himself at the craziest! I hit my goals and had fun along the way, it was good to catch up with old friends even if it was just briefly, and also met a few new friends like little bill the animal armstrong, whiri and tyne, and other good kents along the way who i may see again at future races So thankyou again to all of you who have sent donations and/or messages of support
